Monosphere developed Relobot for a client whose project was partially funded through the Enterprise Development Grant. This is historical project funding, rather than an indication that a new project will receive support.

A project application pack
For a suitable project, we provide the standard scope, itemised quotation, milestones, proposed outcomes and vendor information, with one consolidated correction round.

Evidence during delivery
An agreed implementation includes relevant demonstrations, acceptance records, training records and invoices. We agree the evidence needed before delivery starts.

Clear responsibilities
Your authorised representative submits and manages the application and claim. Your accountant or adviser handles tax and specialist advice; detailed application work is separately scoped.

The conditions matter as much as the support.
EDGE: match the project to the activity
EDGE’s large-scale digital transformation activity offers up to 50% support for SMEs and 30% for non-SMEs, within the S$100,000 annual grant cap shared across EDGE activities. It requires Singapore operations, at least 30% ultimate local ownership, measurable benefits and integration across business systems. Isolated task automation is excluded; a small workflow project does not qualify automatically.
EIS offers a 400% tax deduction on the first S$50,000 of qualifying AI expenditure per year for Years of Assessment 2027 and 2028, including eligible AI development services. AI adoption has no cash-payout option, and government-funded costs are excluded. We provide an itemised breakdown for your accountant to assess the qualifying costs and relevant accounting period.
The CTC Grant offers up to 70% of qualifying costs for transformation with business and local-worker outcomes. Your company needs a Company Training Committee and an endorsed plan, with commitments such as wage increases, career development or recurrent skills allowances. We help define the implementation, training and delivery evidence; your company agrees the requirements with NTUC/e2i before committing.
Check the programme’s rules before signing an agreement, making a payment or starting work. Under EDGE, work or payments before submission can make a project ineligible. We can provide the standard application quotation without an implementation deposit. For a project that depends on a grant, our default is to wait for written approval before implementation or deposit.
Plan around the full project price
Our quotation shows the full commercial price, with any potential support listed separately and conditionally. EDGE reimburses approved eligible costs after completion and full payment, so you need the cash flow to fund delivery. A tax deduction also has a different effect from a grant payment.
OpenAI partner support
As an OpenAI Select Partner, we can pursue funding and credit opportunities for eligible client projects through the Partner Network. Support is subject to programme availability, eligibility and OpenAI’s written approval for the project.
