Monosphere Pte Ltd
Privacy notice
Last reviewed: 7 October 2026
This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website, request a workflow review or contact us about a project. Please describe your business process without sending client records, confidential documents or sensitive personal information.
What we collect and why
We collect the name, email address, company, workflow or project description, and any optional information you submit. We also keep correspondence, review notes and records of the steps taken to respond. We use this information to assess your request, ask relevant questions, discuss a potential project and keep track of the conversation.
Technical records may include request times, browser information and network information needed to operate the website, investigate errors and prevent abuse. Please provide only information you are authorised to share.
Who handles your enquiry
Enquiries are kept in our website’s enquiry records and are accessible to the Monosphere team responsible for responding. We use our hosting provider to run the website and store its enquiry records, Amazon Web Services SES for outgoing messages, and our business email provider to receive and reply to emails.
A receipt may be sent automatically. A person reviews substantive responses before they are sent. We do not currently send your project or workflow description to an external AI model or a separate CRM. Optional advertising measurement, including contact matching, is described below. We will update this notice before introducing a material change to how we use your information.
Service providers may process information outside Singapore. We are responsible for appropriate safeguards for such transfers and for restricting access to people and providers who need it for the purposes described here. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Protection and retention
We limit access to enquiry records and use access controls and operational safeguards to protect them. Please contact us if you believe information has been sent to us in error or accessed inappropriately.
Our policy is to review inactive enquiries after 12 months and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed for a business or legal purpose. This is a retention review, rather than automatic deletion on a fixed date. Project, accounting or dispute records may need to be kept longer. Deletion from backups follows their applicable retention cycle.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Optional analytics and advertising tools load only after you agree to the relevant choice. You can allow either category, allow both, or select “Only necessary”. Requesting a review does not subscribe you to marketing or require you to accept tracking. The enquiry form works with optional cookies turned off.
Website analytics
With your analytics consent, Google Analytics receives page visits, form progress, form errors, phone-link clicks and completed-enquiry events. We use these to understand how the website is used and where it can be improved. Our analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number or project description.
Advertising measurement and contact matching
With your advertising consent, the OpenAI Measurement Pixel receives page visits and saved-enquiry events, along with technical information and advertising identifiers, to help connect enquiries to our ads and measure campaign results. Automatic advanced matching can detect supported contact details on the page, such as an email address, convert them into hashed identifiers in your browser, and send those identifiers with conversion events. These identifiers are used for matching; hashing does not make them anonymous. We do not include your project or workflow description in the conversion events we send.
Your choices and cookie storage
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any public page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement; it does not recall information already sent. We remember your preference for up to six months. Where you consent, we may keep campaign information during your visit and associate it with an enquiry you submit. OpenAI’s attribution cookie can last up to 30 days and its browser identifier up to 365 days, subject to browser restrictions. Google Analytics also uses cookies; you can remove stored cookies through your browser settings.
Optional measurement is limited to public website pages. Our private enquiry-management pages do not load these analytics or advertising tools. Staging previews do not send measurement events to Google or OpenAI.
Your information and choices
To ask about our handling of your information, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@monosphere.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject. This address routes privacy requests to the person responsible at Monosphere. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. We will explain any applicable limits or consequences of your request, including information we need to retain by law.
