Bring the moving parts together.
A relocation brings together people, destinations, homes, schools, schedules, and documents. Consultants need a clear view of the work, while assignees need timely information and a personal place to make decisions. The challenge was to connect those experiences without losing control of what each person can see.

Coordinate relocations by client, destination, and status. Keep programs, documents, and updates connected to each case.

A personal assignee experience
Give assignees a browser-based portal for itineraries, documents, local information, and relocation assistance.

Homes and schools, side by side
Compare options, commute information, amenities, curricula, and costs. Bring assignee ratings and feedback into the decision.

Reporting that follows the work
Create individual PDFs with selected sections and export relocation summaries to Excel, using information already in the platform.

Help assignees explore destination questions and help consultants find and summarise relocation information, with people retaining judgment.

Use granular roles and permissions, isolated client data, and deliberate document sharing to support different users in one platform.

The platform combines a multi-tenant data architecture with granular access control, retrieval-augmented AI, integrations, and reporting. Shared information powers different experiences for consultants and assignees, with permissions enforced across the application. The delivery also includes property-data processing and mobile engineering.
